Samsara Ubud understands that Health-Safety-Security (well-being) are the three most important factors and the main emphasis on the hotel’s new stringent Safety and Sanitation protocols and we would like to ensure you that the safety, security, comfort and well-being of our guests as well as our staff is of paramount importance as always.

THE SAFETY PRACTICES
With the new normal, guests need not to worry about seeing any striking change as Balinese tradition embraces touchless greetings and the resort is designed adopting Balinese architecture principle with open space areas so that guests can fully enjoy the tropical ambiance, thus limiting the necessity to touch many surfaces and doors. All guests will still experience the same impeccable service and world-class products that you can expect from Samsara Ubud.
  • Health Checks
    All guests and suppliers will receive a temperature check and health declaration form upon arrival. We seek the understanding of individuals with a temperature of ≥38°C or displaying symptoms to travel later and we can help arrange a doctor’s appointment if required.
  • Safe Distancing
    We have seamlessly reconfigured all public spaces to facilitate safe distancing without compromising on service and style. A minimum 1.5-metre safe distance is also communicated throughout our hotels and resorts.
  • Contactless Services
    Guests are empowered with cashless payments, digitalised menus, contactless in-room dining and housekeeping services
  • Care Pack and Hand Sanitiser
    Guests can find delight in a curated Samsara Ubud Health Care Kit containing face masks, hand sanitiser and cleaning kit for personal devices. Hand sanitizers are strategically placed on all floors and at high-contact areas of the hotel. Guests visiting restaurants can request for sanitised pouches to store masks or new masks after their meal.
  • Air Quality
    To improve air quality, UV filter are installed in each villa to ensure the air is free from bacteria and viruses.

Get ready to take your palate to an unforgettable culinary adventure as we accept a very limited number of reservations for parties up to 10 guests only through our website, up to six months in advance.


We encourage you to book your table prior your arrival so we could ensure that you don’t have to worry about making any reservations while you’re on a vacation!
