- As per Indonesian government regulations, payments have to be made in Indonesian Rupiahs either in cash or credit card. The exchange rate applied is the prevailing official bank rate of the day.
- A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's stay will be collected at least 30 days before the arrival date. This deposit will be processed through a secure payment link.
